1. Features
This equipment is a hot pressing forming machine for 128-channel single-ended tab batteries. The equipment adopts a horizontal structure and has 2 groups of pressurized structures, each with 32 laminates. Each layer can be used for 2 batteries, with a total of 128 channels. It is mainly used for forming soft-pack lithium-ion batteries under hot pressing. It can replace the baking and shaping process of the existing battery formation process, while shortening the formation time, reducing the battery production cycle, and reducing labor. The surface of the battery is smoother and the appearance is more beautiful after vacuum sealing. At the same time, the battery formation and hot pressing shaping are completed.
