Description: The BGD 370 Automatic Coating and Sample Preparation Workstation is a fully automated coating and sample preparation workstation that integrates automatic plate pickup, automatic coating and automatic drying. The workstation adopts collaborative robots, with spraying and drying functions, it can automatically and quickly prepare standard size samples, it has the following characteristics:
* Lightweight robot with high degree of automation, integrating automatic plate taking, automatic spraying and automatic drying.
* Spraying exhaust gas treatment device: automatic sink water curtain, wet and dry at the same time, try to avoid air pollution.
* Built-in integrated drying device.
* The use of test plate rack up and down the way, according to different test plate can be customized for different specimen rack, flexible and versatile.
* Adopt quick-change mechanism of spray gun, equipped with Graco spray gun as standard, and can realize automatic control of each parameter of spray gun and spraying pattern. It can also be replaced with other brands of air spray guns according to demand.
* Paint and solvent using pressure feeding device, the installation of automated color change valve switching device, can be sprayed after the completion of automatic switching, to achieve the spraying of double coating and automatic cleaning function.
* Optional gear pump feeding, precise control of the flow of spraying samples, deduce and display the wet film thickness, no need to repeat the adjustment to get the desired coating wet film thickness.
* Intelligent automatic cleaning mode: blowing pipe coating - solvent cleaning - blowing pipe dry, saving cleaning solvent, and with a waste tank to receive cleaning waste.
* The workstation is equipped with a baking room, the highest baking temperature can reach 150 ºC, after spraying the test plate can automatically realize the baking function.
* The workstation is equipped with active exhaust air filtration function, in which the water curtain adopts submerged pump for water circulation.
