Description:
Piezoelectric acceleration sensor is used to convert vibration signal into electric signal.Through the processing and analysis of the input signal, the peak acceleration, RMS value of velocity (root mean square value), displacement peak - peak or real-time spectrum of vibration measurement are obtained.This product is suitable for conventional vibration measurement, especially vibration measurement in reciprocating machines. It can not only measure the acceleration, speed or displacement of vibration, but also make simple fault diagnosis and print output.
The technical performance of TV360 conforms to the vibration standard of sinusoidal excitation method (GB13823.3).It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, electric power, metallurgy, vehicles and other fields.

Functional Features:
1.Displays the full Chinese display, the menu combines the shortcut key operation, simple and convenient.320x240 true color ultra-clear TFT LCD display, one screen display rich content and easy to read value.
2.Vibration measurement can measure the Peak value of acceleration, the effective value of velocity (RMS) and the Peak value of displacement (peak-peak).At the same time, the dynamic measurement bar chart is displayed in real time.
3.Speed measurement can be equipped with photoelectric sensor to directly measure rotor speed.
4.Data storage capacity storage.It can store a total of 8,000 sets of measurement data and 100 sets of spectrum graphs at 100 measurement points (80 sets of measurement data and one spectrum graph per point).
5.The alarm output can set the upper limit warning value and alarm value in advance and give the corresponding alarm indication when the measured value exceeds the warning value or alarm value.
6.The data analysis has the function of spectral measurement, which can carry out the detailed analysis of the whole frequency range of the saved spectrum graph, and then complete the fault diagnosis.
7.Data communication miniUSB interface, can be equipped with special data management analysis software to connect to the upper computer.
