Description:
1.The EDX-9000 vacuum X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is equipped with a vacuum system, featuring a vacuum testing system. It has expanded the range of element testing, and the detector is equipped with a SDD testing system. This particularly enhances the detection limits of light elements such as Na, Mg, Al, and Si, improves the accuracy, and significantly enhances the repeatability and stability when testing other elements like Cd/Pb/Cr/Hg/Br/Cl. The overall design is structurally integrated, and the instrument is aesthetically pleasing and elegant.
2. Utilizing the American SDD detector, it adopts electro-cooling instead of liquid nitrogen cooling. It has a small size, accurate data analysis and low maintenance cost.
3. By adopting the independently developed SES signal processing system, the peak-to-background ratio is effectively enhanced, ensuring more accurate measurements.
4. One-click automatic testing is simpler, more convenient and has a more user-friendly interface. Eight optical path correction collimation systems can automatically switch according to different samples.
