Product Introduction
This instrument complies with the standards of GB/T 6538 and GB/T 6538-2000, which specify the method for determining the apparent viscosity of engine oil using the cold start simulator (cold start simulator method), as well as the standards of ASTM D5293, etc. It is suitable for measuring the apparent viscosity of engine oil within the temperature range of -5 to -35ºC, with a shear stress of approximately 50,000 to 100,000 Pa and a shear rate of 105 to 104 S-1, within the viscosity range of 1500 to 27000 mPa•s (the viscosity range of the automatic instrument in the national standard is 2800 to 18000 mPa•s). It consists of a bath temperature automatic control system, a stator measurement unit, a refrigeration system, a motor speed measurement system, and an upper computer system. The multi-thread operation control of the entire machine enables the instrument to achieve automation in operation, control, calculation, and display.
Main features
1. Color LCD touch display, fully English operation interface. Various parameters and working status are displayed intuitively.
2. Adopting the fuzzy temperature control principle, with high temperature control accuracy. The engine oil apparent viscosity is automatically calculated using the curve fitting method.
3. The external structure of the instrument is split-type, avoiding the influence of the vibration generated by the compressor during operation on the rotor and the test results.
4. The control system is equipped with an automatic speed correction system, an automatic viscosity correction system, and an automatic function curve correction system.
5. The instrument automatically heats up, automatically times, automatically calculates, automatically maintains constant temperature, automatically saves results, and automatically prints reports.
