This machine is a testing machine based on the JIS L 1076 surface balling test method B. It is an evaluation testing machine for artificially inducing the formation of small fibers' balls that occur due to friction in textiles and knitted products.
This machine is composed of a metal cylinder and a rotating fan blade installed vertically inside the cylinder. After placing the test piece inside the cylinder, rotate the fan blade at the specified rotational speed for the specified period of time. Compare the balling state on the surface of the test piece with the judgment photos, and evaluate the anti-balling performance.
The rotation speed of the fan blades is controlled by the transmission. The rotation speed can be easily adjusted arbitrarily and accurately through digital display.
