I. overview:
Rh-ii emulsifier is a special instrument for rapid determination of water absorption of offset ink and its connecting material in the laboratory in accordance with ASTM D4942 standard.The instrument adopts the method of double frame agitator and planetary agitator. II I. Operating instructions:
1. Basic operation of the instrument:
(1) place the instrument on a flat and stable table top, plug in the power supply, open the power switch beside the socket hole behind the instrument, and the LCD screen will display the initialization information.
(2) the agitator part of the instrument installation can be lifted up to facilitate the disassembly of the agitator and the removal and placement of the container.If the agitator is accidentally lifted when rotating, the instrument will automatically stop operation;To resume operation after resetting, press "operation" again.
(3) when removing the paddle, gently remove the knurled sleeve of the paddle handle first, and then remove the paddle downward.When installing the agitator, please pay attention to the gap on the agitator shaft and the gap position in the hole of the agitator handle. First, gently remove the knurled sleeve of the agitator handle, insert the agitator handle into the agitator shaft, and gently swing it to the positive gap position, so that the knurled sleeve can be reset to the original positioning position.
(4) before starting the machine, it is necessary to confirm that the agitator has been installed correctly, and that the agitator has no contact with the container.After the instrument is started, the agitator and the container will start to rotate at the same time, until the number of turns is set and the instrument stops running automatically.
(5) after the use of the instrument, please do a good job of cleaning, close the power switch at the socket hole behind the instrument to cut off the power.
2. Button panel operation:
(1) when the power switch is switched on, the buzzer will beep, indicating that the instrument self-check is normal.
(2) then the LCD screen will display some initialization information.
(3) when the LCD screen enters the operation interface, it is displayed as follows:
"Operating speed: 90 r/min"
"Set winding number:"
"Number of turns: 0000"
"Cumulative times: 00"
(4) the default operating speed of the machine is 90r/min. If you want to adjust the operating speed, press the "speed select" button, and the operating speed will switch between 100, 150 and 90.
(5) to start the instrument work, must first set the number of working cycles of the instrument!Press the numeric keys on the keyboard to set the number of working cycles.Input "set winding number" must be more than 4 digits, less than 4 digits before "0".For example, to run 500 laps, type "0500".If the input error is found, you can press the "reset" key to cancel the current input.
(6) as long as the "set winding number" is entered, the "operation" button can be pressed to start the operation of the instrument.The "number of turns" is automatically increased by 1 for each turn of the agitator.When the number of running laps reaches the set number of running laps, the instrument will stop running automatically, and the buzzer will emit a "beep beep" sound. At the same time, the "cumulative times" will automatically add 1, and the "running laps" will automatically clear the zero for the next count.
(7) if the "stop" button is pressed during operation, the instrument will stop operation immediately, but the Numbers in "set winding number", "running winding number" and "cumulative times" will be kept.To continue operation, simply press the "run" button and the instrument will resume operation until the number of turns is set.
Press "operation clear" and "cumulative clear" to clear the Numbers in "operation turn number" and "cumulative times" respectively.
