1. Introduction

The main engine is four columns, two bars, oil cylinder, and the stretch space is above the host, and the compression and bending test space is between the lower beam of the host and the table.Data measurement and control system with high precision A/D converter, respectively for force, displacement and deformation data collection, with high measurement precision, good reliability, satisfy the standard of GB, ISO, ASTM, etc for metal tensile, compression, bending, shear test requirement.

2. The transmission system
The lower beam can be adjusted by using motor driven by reducer, chain drive mechanism and screw side drive.

3. The hydraulic system
The hydraulic oil in the tank pumps the high-pressure pump into the oil circuit through the motor, which flows through the high pressure filter, the differential valve group, and the servo valve, and enters the cylinder.The computer sends out the control signal to the servo valve, controls the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder, so as to achieve the control of equal speed test force and equal velocity displacement and so on.
