Uses
The probe type automatic wear mark measuring instrument is a supporting analysis system for the results after the friction test is completed. It is mainly used for the analysis of the surface wear mark depth after the friction and wear test of various lubricating oils, lubricating media, friction materials, etc. It can automatically measure the wear mark depth, obtain the specific depth curve image, and generate the test report.
Installation and adjustment
1. The probe type automatic wear mark measuring instrument and its tool box are installed in the packing box of the testing machine. Before opening the box, the outer packaging should be checked first. After unpacking, the technical documents should be taken out first, and then the components in the packing case should be checked to see if there are any missing parts according to the packing list.
2. Put the testing machine on a solid platform or cement platform, and use the level to find the right, so that the machine is in the horizontal position.
3. The power supply system of the test machine is single-phase three-wire 220V. The host power supply must have a ground wire.
Maintenance and maintenance
1. Before work, check whether the parameters are normal.
2. Check and replace the lubricating oil at the transmission place regularly.
3. Keep the testing machine clean.
Common faults and treatment methods
1. If the display is abnormal or not running in the test process, turn off the software and turn off the power of the device for about 20 seconds, and then re-power the device after power off. Only when the parameters are normal and the alarm light is not lit can the test be carried out.
2. If the equipment is running, the sound is not uniform, check whether the connection is loose or there is a foreign body.
3. The data display is not normal, check whether the connection and plug are good.
4. If abnormal sound is found during the test, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
