1. Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T269-91 "Grease and Petroleum Grease Cone Insert Determination Method" and GB/T4509-84 "Grease Insert Determination Method" of Petroleum Asphalt Needle Insert Determination Method". This instrument also complies with the transportation industry standard T604-93 "Asphalt Needle Insert Test" and is suitable for measuring the cone insert test of various lubricants and petroleum greases. Relevant standard needle inserts can also be configured for substance testing of solid fine particles, powders, or colloids, frozen bodies, etc., as well as for inspection of food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, cream, and fermented bodies.

2.Features
1. The cone inlet measuring instrument consists of a base, support, upper and lower adjustment mechanism, measuring mechanism and other parts.
2 Base mediation mechanism: The chassis is equipped with fine-tuning anchor screws and leveling round blisters are inlaid on the surface. The level of the base table can be easily adjusted by adjusting the anchor screws.
3 Support and upper and lower mediation mechanism: consists of a support rod, a support arm and an upper and lower thickness electrical adjustment knob. During the test, the height of the scale in the measuring mechanism can be adjusted, and the characteristics of accurate adjustment and self-locking at any time are provided.
4 Measuring mechanism: consists of a digital scale, a cone electric lock, a manual button and a timer. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, easy observation and operation, and no resistance to sliding the cone.
