TP-6000 Chromatography Analyzer for Testing of Naphthalene Nitrogen Generator High Purity Membrane for Lab
Description:
Introduction to the TP-6000 Type Decane Tester
1.The TP-6000 type ortho-xylene tester has a short sample preparation time: 20 minutes per sample, which fully meets the rapid screening needs of enterprise users.
2. Direct Injection: Direct solid or liquid sample introduction, no need for pre-treatment, good reproducibility, and avoiding human operational errors;
3. The TP-6000 type ortho-phenol tester has a built-in standard curve: This enables a more intuitive assessment of whether the ortho-phenol content in the material exceeds the limit.
4. The TP-6000 type ortho-xylene tester does not produce waste gas or waste liquid: This model does not require reagents or pre-treatment, and does not produce any waste gas or waste liquid. 5. Low procurement cost: The procurement cost of PY + GCMS is 1.2 million yuan, while that of TP-6000 is within 300,000 yuan.
5. The TP-6000 type xylene tester has a low operating cost: no pre-treatment is required, no reagents or consumables are needed, and the annual operating cost is less than 5,000 yuan.
6. The TP-6000 toluene-p-xylene tester does not require a specialized laboratory environment. It can be installed and used simply in an ordinary operating space equipped with air conditioning and power supply.
Applications
Application Instructions for TP-6000 RoHS Specialized Detection Analyzer
In industries such as medical devices, food, packaging materials, toys, electronics, adhesives, cellulose, plastics, rubber, resins, and cables, plasticizer screening tests are required. Creon Technology has developed a specialized plasticizer detection system that can directly sample solids and liquids. This system uses rapid programmed temperature heating for thermal desorption and high-temperature pyrolysis. The components in the samples enter the gas chromatograph for quantitative detection according to different temperatures. The system with patented technology's ultra-fine transmission channel also solves the problem of overlapping analysis spectra due to uneven temperature of samples. At the same time, the ultra-fine transmission pipeline itself has an automatic cleaning function, which also solves the problem of pipeline contamination. This system can achieve multi-stage continuous heating and can automatically clean the pipeline after completing one sample, without the need for manual intervention. It saves labor costs and ensures the authenticity of the data.

TP-6000 Type Detector RoHS 2.0 Phthalate Screening Solution
1. Four new phthalate screening solutions for RoHS 2.0
On June 4, 2015, the official EU Gazette (OJ) issued the revised RoHS 2.0 directive (EU) 2015/863. In addition to the original 6 substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and polybrominated biphenyls) covered by RoHS, 4 more phthalate compounds were added to the RoHS 2.0 restricted substance list. Thus, the controlled substances under RoHS 2.0 reached 10 items.
Substance Name | CAS No. | Primary Applications in Electrical & Electronic Equipment (EEE) |
Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) | 117-81-7 | Primary PVC plasticizer used in insulators (cables/wires). Minor non-polymer applications: electrolytes in ceramic/capacitor components. |
Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) | 85-68-7 | Used with other plasticizers in PVC components (cables/sockets/tubing/dampers). Non-polymer applications: paints/adhesives. |
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) | 84-74-2 | Primary plasticizer for PVC flooring. Present in EEE: synthetic leather, textile coatings, PVC materials, printing inks, sealants, adhesives. |
Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) | 84-69-5 | PVC plasticizer (DBP alternative). Also used in cellulose resins, vinyl resins, nitrile rubber, and neoprene. |
According to the RoHS 2.0 testing standards, enterprises need to purchase relevant equipment for rapid screening of raw materials, self-inspection of materials, internal quality control, and customer factory inspection and audit. (The conventional configuration requires instruments such as GCMS + EDXRF spectrometer). However, purchasing these devices often costs millions of dollars, causing great pressure on many enterprises. And enterprises cannot avoid conducting the screening of raw materials. If they do not conduct the screening, there will be huge hidden dangers in the product production, and enterprises will not be able to control whether the products they produce meet the standards. Based on the two major pain points of the importance of internal screening in enterprises and the huge investment required for purchasing equipment, Creon Instrument has specially developed a new solution for the rapid screening of four types of phthalates in RoHS 2.0: a thermal cracking and detachment phthalate rapid screening solution.
