Description: BGD 500/S Automatic Pull-Off Adhesion Tester is an intelligent adhesion tester newly developed by our company with reference to similar products abroad, which performs pull-off test for a specific area of coating through hydraulic pressure, and the pull-off force can be accurately displayed through digital display, and there are two different units of MPa and psi to choose from. The instrument is the first of its kind in China, with simple operation, accurate data, low maintenance cost and supporting consumables and the following features:
* Portable design, built-in rechargeable lithium battery, without external power supply, suitable for field and laboratory use.
* The first in China, pulling method of fully automatic testing of the adhesion of coatings and substrates; high repeatability of the test data
* Electrically controlled hydraulic pump automatically increases the pulling force continuously and stably, minimizing human error and the impact of the pulling process.
* 5.0-inch large touch screen, with drawing force curve display function, you can clearly observe the entire test process of the drawing force change situation
* The drawing rate adopts PID closed-loop control, stable and adjustable.
* The test process can also be constant pulling force to determine whether the coating is detached from the substrate under a certain force value.
* Standard equipped with Micro-USB interface, connected with the computer instrument similar to a U disk, you can directly copy the stored experimental data, do not need to install any software, easy to use.
* Comply with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1 and other standards.
* The machine built-in real-time clock, all the saved data have the corresponding experimental date and time, etc.; convenient for users to summarize and manage the experimental data.
* 10, 14, 20 and 50mm various pull-off spindles, for different adhesive strength products, expanding the function and resolution of the instrument.
* Each instrument is calibrated by traceable pressure sensor before shipment, the accuracy is ±1% of full scale, with calibration certificate.
* Internal storage of pull-off data, including maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time and spindle size.
* Pull-off rate display makes it easier for the operator to observe and adjust the pull-off rate in accordance with international standard test methods.
* Simply press the button to select the size of the pull-off unit, change the unit of measurement or store the reading.
* No conversion table is required, the instrument automatically calculates the pull-off force according to the size of the pull-off unit.
*Inexpensive, one-time use pull-off unit, no need to clean and reuse, can be used for long-term record-keeping.
*Aluminum self-aligning pull-off unit ensures accurate measurements on smooth or uneven surfaces.
* High grade industrial pressure sensor ensures continuity of accuracy.
