Working Principle
1. The hydrogen-oxygen bonds in water molecules absorb near-infrared light of specific wavelengths. At this specific wavelength, the energy of the reflected near-infrared light is inversely proportional to the energy absorbed by the water molecules in the material. The moisture content of the measured material is calculated based on the amount of energy loss.
2. When water molecules are excited by a specific energy band, they become vibratory. This band is particularly strong for water molecules in the near-infrared region of the spectrum, and the instrument is also easier to implement in terms of energy emission, filtration, and reception.
3. Near-infrared measurement technology is a non-destructive, non-contact, real-time measurement technique. Structural Features:
* Employs a single-sensor, five-wavelength detection method, significantly improving stability compared to six-beam or eight-wavelength methods.

Functional Features

Changing the channel number selects different channel parameters to accommodate the measurement of different types of materials using the same instrument.
