1. Overview
The PKR803A intelligent fully automatic self-ignition point measuring instrument can be used to test that substances are uniformly heated under atmospheric pressure until the lowest temperature that causes self-ignition. According to GB/T5332-2007 ignitable liquid and gas ignition temperature test method; GB/T21791 self-ignition temperature determination method for petroleum products; DL/T706-2017 (neq IEC79-4:1995) Electricity Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China--Determination of self-ignition point for fuel-resistant oil for power plants; SHT0642 self-ignition point determination method for liquid petroleum and petrochemical products and test method for self-ignition temperature of GB/T21860-2008 that needs to be customized. According to the technical requirements for sampling the temperature of three points proposed in the test method, this product has targeted the temperature adjustment system composed of true color GUI touch screen LCD screen and CPU to ensure that the temperature difference of three points is truly less than 1ºC; the temperature source point can be positioned at the bottle wall or bath wall through an external knob; it is equipped with a ignition point detection device and an automatic smoke removal device with bent pipe to facilitate detection of the ignition point and blowing contaminated gas, and the instrument can also be cooled during multiple tests; in addition, the bath body uses today's most advanced lightweight insulation material, which greatly reduces the weight of the instrument.

Temperature display: Real color GUI touch LCD display, 3 reference temperature sensors monitor the neck, middle and bottom temperatures of the test container respectively. One high frequency sample temperature sensor can record the center temperature of the test container in real time).
Over temperature protection and alarm system: 2 independent temperature controllers for temperature control and over temperature alarm. The temperature controller keeps the temperature of the heating module at the specified temperature. If the temperature exceeds the specified temperature accidentally, the independent alarm system will immediately cut off the heating.
