BGD 218 BGD 219 Automatic Film Applicator Coating Testing Machine Wire Rod Coater
1Description: Automatic film applicators are used to prepare homogeneous and traceable coating films (manual coating is often uncoordinated, especially between different operators, which makes comparison of specimens difficult, if not unreliable) with good reproducibility. This is because the factors affecting the coating film are the shear rate and the weight added to the construction tool. The instrument uses a precisely controlled wire rod or applicator that is moved back and forth at a selected speed. Since the shear rate and weight on the applicator remain constant while the film is applied, the reproducibility of the film is greatly improved.
BGD 218 & BGD 219 are two automatic film applicators that incorporate the most advanced technology of similar foreign products. Compared with other products in China, they have the following features:
* Wide range of stepless speed regulation: 5mm/s~500mm/s.
* High-precision linear guide bar, so that the film coating speed is more stable.
*Adjustable height of push rod to adapt to different heights of substrates.
* Elaborately designed coating bracket, easier and more convenient to operate, and can be arbitrarily increased bracket load to adapt to easy to bend the test plate.
* The starting point of film application can be set freely to adapt to different sizes of substrates.
* Four coating distances can be selected at will.
* Applicable to a variety of different shapes and sizes of the film applicator and coating rod (total length of 240mm)
* High hardness, high flatness (the whole platform error is less than 5 microns) of the aluminum oxidation vacuum suction platform (BGD 218) or special processing of the high flatness (platform error is less than 20 microns) of the glass platform, easy to maintain cleaning (BGD 219)
* Vacuum suction platform optimized design, highly uniform distribution of adsorption force (BGD 218)
* The vacuum pump is external, avoiding the jitter generated by the structure of the traditional machine (vacuum pump built-in) when coating the film (BGD 218 only).
