LRXZ-II Sanitary Ceramics Flushing Test Device Sanitary Ware Rinsing Tester
Description:
The LRXZ-II Sanitary Ceramics Flushing Test Device adopts a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system as the pressure supply unit of the device, which is automatically controlled. It features simple operation and accurate testing. This test device complies with the standard GB 26730-2011 "Sanitary Ware - Test Methods for Gravity Flushing Devices and Sanitary Ware Frames for Toilets", and meets the requirements for test equipment stipulated in GB6952-2005 "Sanitary Ceramics" and JC/T931-2003 "Mechanical Flushing Valves for Toilets". It is mainly used as a testing device to examine the flushing performance of sanitary ceramic toilets, squat toilets, and urinals. The test device is mainly composed of an electrical cabinet, a test box, a water supply system and a control system.
Working Principle
The LRXZ type sanitary ceramic flushing test device adopts a variable-frequency constant-pressure water supply system as the pressure supply unit of the device. After the test begins, the pressure and flow signals of the real-time flushing water flow are detected by the pressure sensor and flow sensor installed on the outlet pipe, and are fed back to the control system. The control system compares the feedback signal with the set signal, adjusts the water supply output of the system according to the actual situation, and at the same time weighs the water consumption of the sample with an electronic scale, thereby achieving the detection of the flushing performance of sanitary fixtures.
