TCY ISO 10545 Ceramic Brick lmpact Tester Impact Resistance Test Equipment
Description:
The TCY type ceramic tile impact resistance tester measures the impact resistance of ceramic tiles by dropping a steel ball from a fixed height onto the sample and measuring the rebound height. This method determines the recovery coefficient, and through the measurement of the recovery coefficient, various tiles' impact resistance can be determined, meeting the requirements of national standard GB/T 3010.5-2016 and ISO 10545-5:1996 "Ceramic Tiles - Determining the Impact Resistance of Tiles Using the Recovery Coefficient".
Equipment Structure:
The instrument consists of a steel base with a horizontal adjustment knob, a vertical steel frame with an electromagnet suspended from it, a tube, and a support for the test components.
The test component was firmly fixed in such a way that the falling steel ball would precisely collide with the center of the horizontal tile surface. The distance between the bottom of the tube and the lower end face should be less than 9 mm.
The electronic timer measures the time of the first and second collisions of the steel ball with the sample using sensors. The time interval T can be directly read from the timer.
