Description:
The LRTD high-frequency insulation material dielectric constant and dielectric loss testing system consists of a testing device (clamping fixture), a high-frequency Q-meter, data acquisition and tanδ automatic measurement control (software module incorporated into LRTD), and an inductor. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standards GB/T 5594.4-2015 "Test methods for performance of structural ceramic materials of electronic components - Part 4: Test methods for dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent value", GB/T 1693-2007 "Determination of dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent value of vulcanized rubber", GB/T 1409-2006, GB/T 1693-2007, American standard ASTM D 150, and International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 60250. The system provides the best solution for automatic measurement of the high-frequency dielectric loss tangent value (tanδ) and dielectric constant (ε) of insulation materials. The testing device in this instrument is composed of a flat capacitor, which is generally used to clamp the tested sample and is equipped with a Q-meter as an indicating instrument. The dielectric loss tangent value of the insulation material is calculated by the change in Q value and the scale reading of thickness when the tested sample is placed in the flat capacitor and when it is not placed. Using the LRTD digital Q-meter enables automatic calculation of dielectric constant (ε) and dielectric loss (tanδ).
Configuration:
Includes 1 STD-C test host, 1 sample fixture, and 1 set of inductors (10 pieces). Optional liquid cup is available for testing liquid materials.
