1. Overview
This tester is a fully automatic instrument for low-temperature performance measurement according to the standard test method ASTM D7683. PCNQ601C integrates many new technologies. Its compact body has an ultra-fast cooling speed and a cooling depth of -90°C. It does not require any additional cold source and uses a safe and environmentally friendly metal bath, which eliminates the environmental pollution caused by the volatilization of liquid coolants and avoids the flammable safety hazards of traditional alcohol baths during the experiment. The detection process is automated, and the temperature of the cold trap is automatically adjusted during the test without manual intervention. It also has accurate judgment, precise heating control and simple and convenient operation, all of which ensure that PCNQ601C can quickly, safely and accurately obtain the turbidity point of the sample.

By using the PCNQ601C micro-turbidity tester, you can accurately measure the temperature. The fully automatic micro-turbidity tester fully complies with the requirements of the ASTM D7683 standard method.
ASTM D7683 was officially adopted in 2011. PCNQ601C uses this method to accurately obtain the turbidity point of the sample. In the test, the detection cycle of PCNQ601C can be set to 1ºC or 0.1ºC. In this way, the detection accuracy of the instrument is higher than the national standard.
Green and environmentally friendly
As a refrigeration instrument, PCNQ601C uses air energy refrigeration technology with low energy efficiency and low power consumption. Under the condition of the same cooling capacity, it saves more power consumption. The refrigeration depth is as high as -90ºC, which can make some low-temperature tests that were previously impossible to complete.
Compared with the previous generation of instruments that use alcohol bath cooling, the metal bath eliminates the danger of alcohol being flammable and explosive during the test. Because of the improvement in refrigeration efficiency, the waiting time for startup is greatly shortened, from 120 minutes to 15 minutes for the alcohol bath to cool down.
No external cold source is required, and the integrated instrument is 40% smaller than the split structure with an external cold source.

The instrument only needs to click the start button once from the beginning of the test to automatically complete all the test processes. PCNQ601C has a graphical overview of the measurement process, so you can keep track of the measurement progress at any time. In addition, the instrument can be operated to review historical records and clearly view detailed measurement results. No additional PC is required, saving valuable bench space in the lab.
