BTG-8 photovoltaic glass spectral transmittance tester is designed and manufactured by Qinhuangdao First Science and Technology Development Co., LTD. It is used to test the transmittance of solar photovoltaic glass. It is also suitable for float glass, hollow glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, coated glass, car glass and other transmittance test.
I. Equipment Introduction
This instrument consists of a worktable, a spectrometer and a control computer. The size of the table is 2000*1300mm. The height of the worktable is 800mm. The surface of the table is covered with felt to allow the glass to slide on it.
Ii. System features

4. The system test software is humanized, with sound prompt function, test path guidance when automatic testing, and arbitrarily edit the waiting interval time of each point when testing.

Iii. Equipment function
1, can output 380~1100nm spectral transmittance value, display spectral transmittance curve.
2. The system uses AM1.5 standard solar spectrum and D65 light source spectral distribution, which can automatically calculate the effective integrated transmission ratio of AM1.5, visible light transmission ratio of D65 light source and effective transmission ratio calculated according to the user-defined battery response curve. It can also provide transmission values under other standard light sources according to customer requirements.
3. It can measure the color (L*a*b*) value and color difference of the sample.
4. The test process has sound reminder and indicator light reminder, the system sends out "drop" sound before the test, and sends out "beot" sound after the test to remind customers not to move the sample during the test, and the system interface has indicator light to show the working state of the machine.
5, with automatic calibration function, calibration cycle can be set by itself, real-time display of the remaining time of the next calibration.
6, with manual testing and automatic testing and path testing three working modes.
6.1 Manual test mode: After setting test time, test interval, test number and other parameters, push the glass into the test area, manually click to start the test, and click Save results to save test data after finishing the test.
6.2 Automatic test mode: After setting the test parameters, push the glass into the test area, and the machine automatically starts the test
After the test, the results are automatically stored in the database.
6.3 Path test mode: The number, position, test sequence and time interval of the test points should be edited in advance. After the sample moves into the test area, the screen will prompt the next measurement point according to the planned test path. The measurement path of the test result is automatically saved at the end of the test.
