Scope of application
The fully automatic viscosity tester can measure the kinematic viscosity of samples and is suitable for the determination of kinematic viscosity of light and heavy fuel oils, lubricants, and additives. This instrument adopts an industrial control touch screen and a modular design. All the operations such as temperature rise, temperature stabilization, detection, calculation, cleaning, drying of the viscosity tubes, and printing are fully automated.
Product features
1.The processes of constant temperature control, detection, calculation, printing, cleaning and drying are all automatically completed.
2. Equipped with a 10.0-inch color LCD display and a fully bilingual (Chinese and English) operation interface.
3. Optional addition of constant temperature bath liquid bath liquid, facilitating the replacement of the medium inside the oil bath.
4. Utilizing the original imported PT100 sensor, the temperature measurement is fast and accurate.
5. Manual sample injection, with an injection syringe provided.
6. All the viscometers adopt Pipette viscometry tubes, which have strong versatility.
7. Utilizing imported photoelectric detection technology, it can detect highly viscous oils.
8. The fully enclosed compression refrigeration system has automatic protection against overheating and overload.
9. It has two bathtubs, capable of measuring both high and low temperatures. It has four test positions, allowing for simultaneous testing or asynchronous testing.
