This machine is suitable for testing the insertion force and withdrawal force of various connectors. With the patented automatic centering device, it can provide completely accurate plug-in and unplugging force tests. Using the Windows windowed Chinese interface for setting, the operation is simple and convenient, and all data can be stored (test conditions, displacement, curve graph, life curve graph, inspection report, etc.). It solves the fixture problems for various connector tests and ensures that the male and female connectors can automatically align during the test, without any issues of misalignment. Combined with the dynamic impedance testing system, it can test the dynamic impedance simultaneously while testing the insertion and unplugging force and draw (load - stroke - impedance curve graph).
Machine Features:
1. All test conditions are set by the computer screen and can be saved. They can be set by selecting from the drop-down menu or by directly inputting data. (Including test category, measurement direction, load measurement range, stroke measurement range, stroke origin position, stroke origin detection, measurement speed, total measurement times, pause time for each waiting position, air pressure times, etc.).
2. Graphs (load-stroke curve graph, load attenuation life curve graph, inspection report) can be saved and printed. The overload protection function of the load sensor ensures that the load sensor will not be damaged.
3. Both the load-stroke curve graph and the life curve graph are displayed simultaneously.
4. The load zero point is automatically detected, and the origin detection load value can be set.
5. The load unit can be displayed freely: N, lb, gf, Kgf.
6. It can be used with multiple load sensors (2Kgf/5Kgf/20Kgf/50Kgf available for purchase).
7. The machine is designed with a high rigidity structure and is equipped with a servo motor. It can ensure accuracy over a long period of use, making it suitable for general tension compression tests and insertion force life tests.
8. The machine stops automatically when an abnormal value is detected (during life testing, when the test data exceeds the set upper and lower limits, the machine automatically stops).
