Main functions
This testing machine places 3 standard-sized polyurethane wheels on a 950mm diameter rotating disc that is automatically raised and lowered. It then tests the wear of the wheels and the base plate in both empty and full load conditions. This testing machine is equipped with automatic counting and automatic speed control functions. The test base can be easily replaced with a different test floor, and the rotating disc is equipped with 3 roller installation slots for convenient disassembly and assembly of the rollers. The specific details and functions meet the requirements of the corresponding standards. The entire machine structure is made of 45# steel and aluminum profiles, which are resistant to corrosion and have high strength, ensuring that the plane and verticality of the frame under full load conditions remain within the tolerance range.
It uses a 7-inch touch screen + PLC control, significantly improving reliability, with a friendly interface, and is extremely easy to operate. The test times are saved when the power is cut off, and the test times still exist after a power outage, facilitating customer testing.
Operating method
1. Sample collection and sample preparation: Take a floor with a diameter of ≥ 1000mm, and fix it with double-sided tape or adhesive.
2. Storage and test environment: Place it in an environment with a temperature of (23 ± 2) °C and a relative humidity of (50 ± 5) % for more than 24 hours.
3. Test method: Check the surface of the small foot wheels. If not clean, wipe it clean with a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of modified ethanol and dry it. Clean the sample with a vacuum cleaner. Assemble and fix the floor onto a circular plate with a pad, so that the rollers contact the floor sample. Set the test times, start the device to move, and keep the vacuum cleaning device working continuously. Test temperature: 18 - 25ºC. The experiment should last for 24 hours. At the end of the test, carefully observe from all directions using the rotating device. Record all damages, including layer separation, cracks, color changes, etc.
