Description:
The Micro Hardness Tester adopts high-brightness and high-resolution LCD display, built-in calculator, frictionless main shaft, and high-precision test force, simplifying the measurement procedure. It is equipped with a high-precision optical measurement system and a precise coordinate test stage. It also features automatic detection of adjusted load, automatic conversion of hardness values (HV to HR, HB, and surface Rockwell), and stepless adjustment of light source brightness. It can be optionally equipped with a Vickers hardness measurement software interface, CCD camera device, and image processing system. Additionally, it can be optionally equipped with a Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness testing. It is inexpensive, simple and practical, and is a relatively basic type of microhardness tester.
