Description:Digital emulsification tester is designed to cooperate with ASTM D 4942 standard, used in the laboratory for rapid determination of offset ink and its connecting material water absorption and specially designed. The instrument adopts double-frame planetary stirring, through shearing, dispersion effect to make the tank is not mutually soluble liquid body beads to get fine dispersion, and in the tank circulation flow, in order to obtain uniform emulsification state. The instrument adopts programmable control, and the LCD screen displays the working parameters and operation status of the instrument; it is characterized by simple operation, reliable performance, flexible and convenient use. If the user has special requirements for the speed of stirring paddle, it can also be satisfied by modifying the programming parameters (to be stated separately when ordering).
