The design of this machine is mainly aimed at the free swaying test in four directions (front, back, left, and right) of the office chair seat cushion. Load sensors (customized by the customer) are placed on the seat cushion, and then PLC software programming (7-inch color touch screen) is used to control the cylinders, enabling the cylinders to push the chair to freely sway in the front, back, left, and right directions. Under certain speed and counting conditions, the durability of the seat cushion suspension rope is tested.
