Description:
This instrument is composed of a CMY intelligent touch screen force control device and high-precision tension sensors to form a force measurement system. It features high force measurement accuracy, stable performance, automatic display of test results, and the ability to display the tension and friction coefficient values in a cyclic manner. The instrument complies with the test method for static friction coefficient in Appendix A of GB/T 37798-2019 "Evaluation of Anti-Slip Grades for Ceramic Tiles", the determination of friction coefficient in Appendix M of GB/T 4100-2015 "Ceramic Tiles", and can be adjusted with weights to meet the requirements of JC/T 1050-2007 "Classification and Test Methods for Anti-Slip Performance of Ground Stone". It can be tested in both dry and wet conditions and is an ideal device for measuring the friction coefficient of ceramic floor tiles.
Working Principle
A horizontal pulling force is applied to the measured object through a manual or electric force application mechanism. The pressure sensor generates an electrical signal, which is sent to the CMY intelligent touch screen force control instrument for data processing and to display the test results.
