Special Fiber Wear Resistance Tester Particular Fibres Abrasion Meter Abrasion Tester
The special fiber abrasion tester is mainly applicable to the determination of the abrasion resistance of special fiber materials (such as polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, high-temperature resistant fibers, aramid fibers, glass fibers, optical fibers, network cables, etc.).
Product features
1. Special fixtures are designed for different samples, which neither damage the samples nor fail to hold them firmly.
2. Non-contact photoelectric switches are used to detect the breaking of the samples.
3. The friction angle is adjustable and can be selected and determined according to the experimental conditions.
4. The abrasive is selected from the standard grinding wheel roller abrasive available on the market, which is easy to obtain. The abrasive installation structure is convenient for regular replacement.
5. Different pre-tension weights are provided for selection and use according to the sample conditions.
6. The instrument adopts a uniform reciprocating friction mode, with ten working positions for testing, ensuring good test reproducibility.
7. The computer automatically controls the detection and data processing. Through the test, the average abrasion times, coefficient of variation of abrasion times, maximum value, minimum value and single values of each working position of each batch of tested yarns can be displayed.
