CX-9600(L) Vertical Vacuum Optical Emission Spectrometer Analyzer Metal Analysis Instrument
Description:
Full-spectrum technology, analysis range
The CX-9600(L) floor-standing full-spectrum vacuum direct reading spectrometer can determine trace elements such as carbon (C), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S), and is suitable for various metal matrices, such as iron-based, aluminum-based, copper-based, and zinc-based. Channel elements can be selected according to customer needs.
2. Long-term stability, accurate results
The CX-9600 direct reading spectrometer, with its high performance and reliable design, as well as an innovative optical system and an extended wavelength range, ensures precise identification of important elements, long-term stability, accurate analysis results, and good reproducibility.
3. Optical System
The optical system design of the CX-9600 direct reading spectrometer combines detector technology with optimized pixel resolution and grating spectroscopy technology. The vacuum spectroscopic system has up to 2400x8 pixels. Each element is analyzed using multiple spectral lines and the results are comprehensively output. It has a large dynamic range and accurate results. The detector placed can receive all spectral lines within the analysis band, enabling simultaneous determination of multiple spectral lines of the same element and automatic output.
4. Analysis Speed
The CX-9600 floor-standing full-spectrum spectrometer features fast analysis speed, completing the elemental composition measurement of all channels within 30 seconds. By setting pre-ignition time and calibration lines for different analysis materials, the instrument achieves optimal analysis results in the shortest time and improves detection limits, ensuring accurate measurement outcomes.
5. Analysis Light Chamber
The floor-standing full-spectrum spectrometer adopts a vacuum constant-temperature light chamber. The arc flame generated during excitation is directly introduced into the vacuum light chamber by a lens, achieving a direct optical path and eliminating optical path loss. A solid-state adsorption trap is used to prevent oil and gas from contaminating the light chamber. The special design of the light chamber structure makes the vacuum chamber volume smaller, and the vacuum pumping speed is less than half that of ordinary spectrometers.
6. Heat Dissipation
The base of the copper spark stand for the full-spectrum direct reading spectrometer improves heat dissipation and sturdiness.
7. Customized Accessories (Optional)
The small sample holder design, the open electrode frame design, and the adjustable sample holder facilitate the analysis of samples of various shapes and sizes.
8. Others
The full-spectrum technology automatically traces and adjusts the optical path. When exciting the sample, the instrument automatically recognizes the specific spectral lines on each detector and compares them with the originally stored lines to determine the drift position and find the current pixel position of the analysis line for measurement. It eliminates spectral drift caused by changes in temperature, pressure, vibration, etc. In contrast, traditional spectrometers using photomultiplier tube technology require manual fine adjustment, which has high technical requirements. The full-spectrum technology automatically and quickly addresses the issue, avoiding the cumbersome and laborious manual operation and human errors.
Applications
The CX-9600 full-spectrum direct reading spectrometer adopts photoelectric direct reading spectrometry technology and is applied in the production process control, pre-furnace analysis and central laboratory finished product inspection in fields such as metallurgy, casting, machinery, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, weaponry, and metal processing.
The CX-9600 full-spectrum direct reading spectrometer is compact, stable, has a low detection limit, fast analysis speed, low operating cost, and is easy to operate and maintain. It is an ideal choice for controlling product quality.
