Applications
The LS-T001 is applied in the physical property analysis of samples such as gelatin, carrageenan, konjac gum, frozen surimi gel, agar composite hydrogel, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dairy products, meat products, aquatic products, grain and oil foods, rice products, flour products, traditional Chinese medicine, tobacco, fruits and vegetables, baked goods, jelly, candy, jam, etc. It can precisely quantify multiple physical property indicators of the samples, including gel strength, hardness, crispness, tenderness, viscosity, elasticity, toughness, cohesion, chewiness, tensile strength, rupture strength, shear strength, compressive strength, penetration strength, creep characteristics, and relaxation characteristics.
Introduction to System Software
4.1 Comprehensive program editing function for test modes; including running, presetting, repetition, looping, clearing, zeroing, assignment, variables, formulas, calculations, playback, comparison, annotation, etc. Through the editing of these program commands, various detection modes can be realized, various test models can be established, and the required various test data can be obtained.
4.2 Test Replay: The software automatically records the entire test process (including synchronous video recording), and provides intelligent search functions in multiple methods. It enables the restoration of test data, redrawing of curves, and playback of synchronous video recordings for any period of time. It also allows for viewing and analyzing the test details of the queried samples.
4.3 The software can simultaneously select 5 current or historical test results (function curves, measurement data, synchronized videos) for comparison and analysis.
The software can display multiple texture curves superimposed in different colors, and it enables convenient and intuitive comparison and analysis of the results of multiple experiments.
4.4 Data Analysis: The software can display four types of function curves: force~time, force~distance, distance~time, and stress~strain. The curves have scales and can be locally scaled arbitrarily, or automatically adjusted by the system. At the same time, key data points can be automatically labeled. During data analysis, any area of the selected graph domain, any data point parameter required, and automatic calculation results (including curves, superimposed curves, images, and data, and automatic generation of Excel/Word/PDF files) can be calculated.
4.5 The system software of LS-T001 provides more in-depth solutions and descriptions for each test. In addition to the conventional test modes, it also offers extended and customizable program editing and practical applications for users. It enables the convenient creation of custom reports and test charts; test data can be directly exported to various formats such as Excel/Word/PDF, and operations like data export, charting, saving, comparison, and generating professional reports can be performed.
