1. Introduction
The nail hammer wire entanglement tester can quickly and accurately simulate the wire entanglement phenomenon that occurs in fabrics under normal wearing conditions. By using a rotating cylinder that holds the sample at a constant speed and interacting with the nail hammer, the nail hammer randomly flips, jumps on the surface of the sample. The tungsten carbide needle nails on the surface of the nail hammer simulate sharp objects, causing the fibers or yarns in the sample to be pulled out or broken. This test is used to evaluate the anti-wire entanglement performance of knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, etc.

3. Scope of Application
The nail hammer type filamentation testing instrument is suitable for testing knitted and woven fabrics of outerwear, as well as other fabrics prone to filamentation. It is particularly suitable for testing the filamentation performance of synthetic fiber long filaments and their deformed yarn fabrics. It can quickly detect the difficulty level of fabric filamentation phenomenon occurring under normal wearing conditions (that is, the ease of extracting the yarn from the fabric).
