1.Product introduction

LR-DS319 is a new thermal conductivity tester launched by Nanjing Dazhan Instruments. This instrument adopts the transient heat source method, which has the advantages of fast measurement speed and wide measurement range. It can measure liquids, solids, metals, powders, insulation materials, films, etc., and can measure repeatedly. The software equipped has been upgraded to increase the measurable specific volume heat and can directly calculate the thermal conductivity, making the operation more convenient.

2.Measurement Method

The transient heat source method is based on the principle of one-dimensional non-steady-state heat conduction in the plane: a plane heat source in an infinite medium generates a dynamic temperature field inside the medium after being subjected to an instantaneous heating pulse in the initial thermal equilibrium state. The temperature data generated by the heat conduction process is used to fit the function curve to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample.

3.Measurement Range

LR-DS319 thermal conductivity tester is used to measure the thermal conductivity of different materials, and can measure bulk solids, metals, liquids, powders, colloids, pastes, films and thermal insulation materials.
