1.Product Introduction

This testing machine was independently developed by Lonroy Testing Machinery. It is a low-frequency, heavy-load, large-stroke friction and wear testing machine with reciprocating function. This machine is mainly applied to double-sided or single-sided heavy-load reciprocating tests, capable of performing end-face reciprocating tests. It has practical significance for the inspection of some heavy-load wear-resistant materials or structures, such as the friction coefficient tests of support wear plates, side bearing wear plates, and heart plate wear plates, etc. The mainframe adopts a high-strength base and uses a fixed-distance reciprocating motion mode to achieve vibration friction. To enhance the vibration of the base under the action of alternating friction force, pre-adopted non-gap guide rails are used for loading, and the loading unit also adopts self-centering loading. This machine complies with the standard TB/T 3269-2011 for the detection of the elastic side bearing friction performance of railway freight cars.
