LRSX2 Elevating Resistance Furnace High-Temperature Laboratory Furnace
Description:
The bottom of the LRSX2 adjustable resistance furnace can be raised and lowered. This design is very convenient for loading and unloading products. It is suitable for products that require easy loading and unloading within the furnace, with low vibration. This product replaces the traditional furnace refractory bricks with an internationally advanced new type of polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace chamber material. It features energy saving, time saving, high thermal efficiency, reliable performance, and light weight. It is fully controlled by a microcomputer, with programmable multi-stage temperature curve digital control instrument, each stage with power limit, and thyristor phase-shifting voltage regulation for heating. It is an ideal new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving electric furnace.
Standard:
This testing machine complies with the national standard GB/T9966.4-2020 "Test Methods for Natural Facing Stone - Part 4: Abrasion Resistance Test Method" (Method A - Abrasion Disk Method) as well as the requirements for abrasion resistance tests in GB/T19766-2016 "Natural Marble Building Panels". It strictly follows the national product standards and test method standards. This testing machine features an attractive design, small footprint, low noise, and multiple working heads (sample fixtures).
