Description:
This instrument is suitable for production enterprises of glazed ceramic tiles, national quality inspection departments, and research institutions for use in testing and research purposes.

This testing instrument is completely designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards of ISO/DIS 10545/7-1996 "Ceramic Tiles - Test Method for Surface Abrasion Resistance of Glazed Ceramic Tiles" and GB/T 3810.7-2016 "Test Method for Abrasion Resistance of Ceramic Tile Glaze Surface". A certain amount of abrasive material is placed on the ceramic tile glaze surface, and the abrasive material is used to grind on the glaze surface. The differences in the glaze surface of the sample being tested are visually compared for classification.
Working Principle

The tester consists of the body, transmission mechanism, supporting turntable, eight metal fixture boxes with rubber seals, and electrical control device. The motor drives the transmission mechanism, causing the supporting turntable to rotate at a speed of 300 revolutions per minute. This generates an eccentric distance (e) of 22.5mm, thereby enabling each sample to perform a circular motion with a diameter of 45mm. This allows the abrasive material to grind on the sample's glaze surface. The electrical control device controls the preset rotation speed. When the predetermined rotation speed is reached, it automatically stops. This equipment features a novel structure, smooth operation, low noise, and easy operation. It can conduct tests on 8 or fewer samples simultaneously. Due to the presence of a digital time relay, the operator only needs to connect the power supply and does not need any monitoring. It will automatically complete the process according to the set time (rotation speed).
