1. Product Introduction
It is a high-precision modular coating station mechanism combined assembly, and can be continuously coated and proofed or produced in small quantities with experimental rate mini hot melt adhesive coating and laminating machine. Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can be applied directly to heat-resistant substrates, or coated on release liners, and then the adhesive film can be transferred and laminated to different surface materials, such as paper, non-woven (non-elastic) plastic model metal film, etc.

2. Performance characteristics
The whole machine is a high-precision modular coating station structure combined assembly.
The dial gauge is used as the indexing head to accurately fine-tune the coating gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels to control the coating thickness. The minimum gluing thickness is 0.01mm. When the thickness is set, the rubber wheel can be locked indirectly to prevent the gap from changing.
The maximum coating width is 300 mm (effective coating width 280 mm). The width of the hike is adjusted by two Teflon baffles in the rubber trough. It can be coated and glued in unlimited lengths and automatically rewinded.
Forward and reverse stepless speed change, the best coating speed: 4.5mémin (speed 2-4.5MéMIN adjustable) unwinding reel adjustable knob to change tension unwinding. The reeling reel can be adjusted mechanically to control the receiving.
The warming rod, glue wheel and glue tank can be quickly disassembled and separated from the machine body to remove the residual glue.
