Description: BGD 523/S is a multifunctional paint/wood abrasion tester newly designed by our company. The product complies with ISO 7784-2, ISO 9352, GB/T 1768, ASTM D 3884, ASTM D 1175, etc. It is characterized by easy operation, novel appearance, stable performance, accurate and reliable test data, etc., and it can be comparable with similar foreign products.
The working principle of the instrument is as follows: the material to be tested is placed on the turntable, and the two grinding wheels are pressed on the material with a certain weight to subject it to abrasion. The wheels rotate with the sample disk rotation, producing relative motion and abrasion, while the rotation process of the grinding wheel axis relative to the rotary axis of the carousel offset to produce slip movement, thus abrasion of the material. When a 10cmx10cm sample is subjected to abrasion, the surface material is abraded by full-angle particles or filaments to form a complete circle. This simulates the real conditions of use or meets the test conditions specified in the standard.
The BGD 523/S abrasion tester is mainly suitable for testing flat products such as: suitcases, carpets, cardboard, clothing, glass, plastic coatings, tiles, metal plating, paints, varnishes, decorative flakes, high-pressure flakes, plastics, textiles, resilient floor mats, traffic paints, anodized coatings, blankets, electronic components, decorative panels, waxes, labels, holsters, dental materials, automotive upholstery, resins, furniture, etc.
