1. Product Overview

The whole cycle test process of the sample is automatically completed by the microcomputer control, which can detect the force attenuation performance parameters of the material and print the test report. 2. equipment composition system
1. Servo actuator, drive device (single channel)
The effective stroke of the actuator is 50mm, and it is equipped with a high-precision digital displacement sensor, and a buffer zone is designed at the limit position of the actuator amplitude to avoid damage caused by uncontrolled operation.
The actuation system adopts anti-backlash device, and the force value is automatically centered, which reduces the lateral force, reduces the impact during the high-frequency tensile test, and effectively improves the test waveform.
2. Data acquisition and control system:
It is composed of a single-channel all-digital dynamic and static servo controller, computer and software, and accessories.
3. High-precision load sensor
It adopts high-precision load sensor with 120% overload capacity. Placed at the front of the actuating piston with self-locking nut. The sensor is calibrated before leaving the factory.

3. Equipment Functions
(1) Fatigue control mode 1: constant deformation fatigue test, force-time curve, deformation amplitude-times curve, sine wave curve
(2) Fatigue control mode 2: fatigue test of constant force value, deformation-time curve, force amplitude-times curve, and sine wave curve
(3) The test frequency is adjustable, and the actual frequency changes according to the deformation of the sample, and the frequency will be reduced when the deformation is large!
(4) Judge whether the material sample is qualified by testing the number of times the material sample is used or the degree of force attenuation.
(5) During the test, if the sample is damaged or the force value is attenuated to the set value, the machine can be automatically stopped, if it is not done on the first day, it can be continued on the second day, and so on.
