3. Functions and uses
This series impact testing machine is designed and manufactured according to ISO 148:1998, GB/T 3808-2010 "pendulum impact testing machine inspection" and so on.  Fully meet the requirements of domestic and international metal material impact test standards.

4. Technical characteristics and advantages
The equipment is mainly composed of host frame, pendulum, hanging pendulum device, transmission system, energy display device, safety protection device, electrical control system, low temperature device, automatic feeding device and other parts, each part has the following advantages:  
According to the principle of principle, the main frame and base are cast separately, which is a traditional impact mechanism manufacturing process and has high requirements for assembly. Our company produces tens of thousands of such models, which has mature process and minimal assembly error.  The pendulum is supported by cantilever, and the energy loss of each equipment is minimized by strict requirements of coaxiality processing and careful inspection of accessories.  
A vibrating pendulum: Traditional pendulum design ensures that the initial potential energy of the pendulum is accurate, using precise counterweight calculations.  Impact knife by screw fastening wedge block pressing installation, easy to replace.  
Hanging device: The device uses a damping bar to cushion itself, automatically hanging the pendulum when it reaches the desired position, and the pre-lift Angle of the pendulum stays the same.  
According to the scheme, the driver uses a traditional motor drive system to control the motion by transmitting signals via an induction switch, which allows the system to precisely pick up and stop the motion.  
The energy display device costs money to buy a way of displaying energy: Either using a dial or using a computer to display energy values.  If it is a single dial type, it may happen before the test forget to return the pointer to zero and cause the sample to be invalid.  This machine two kinds of common display, the results can be compared with each other, can effectively eliminate possible problems.  
Safety protection device: The whole testing machine is equipped with a semi-closed protective net, which effectively prevents splashings of broken samples and prevents testers from entering the testing machine during the test, ensuring the safety of testers.

Cryogenic cooling device (see Figure 3)  
The equipment is composed of single stage cascade refrigeration compressor unit, heating device, electrical control, automatic alarm device and other parts.  
Principle of refrigeration  
After starting the refrigeration switch, the high-temperature compressor starts to work and the internal timer starts to time. When the starting condition of the low-temperature compressor is reached (about 6 minutes), the low-temperature compressor automatically starts and the refrigeration system enters the formal working state.  Refrigeration compressor continuously work, when approaching the set temperature, the heating device in the cooling box begins to provide heat in proportion, through PID regulation to balance the excess cold generated by the refrigeration system, in order to achieve the purpose of constant temperature.  
Low greenhouse device structure principle  
The refrigerating chamber is a hatchback structure, and its biggest advantage is that if the problem of frozen sample or stuck sample occurs in the cold chamber, it can be solved by lifting the cover.  The cold chamber is mainly composed of shell, sample groove, cold chamber, sample groove, temperature sensor and so on.  The temperature sensing probe is the temperature measuring and controlling element when working.  
The sample box can be loaded with 10×10×55mm standard samples up to 40 pieces at a time, and the direction of the sample notch should be strictly paid attention to when installing samples.  To prevent the samples from freezing together, spray alcohol (ethanol) evenly on the samples after placing them.  (But pay attention to prevent open fire, to prevent the occurrence of fire).  The sample can also be in low temperature resistant oil for a while, and then put into the cold chamber.  If the sample is frozen in the cold chamber, the cylinder can not push the sample!  

5. Positioning device  
The sample must be close to the side of the anvil base, so that the sample notch is correctly located in the center of the pendulum axis.  The specimen is attached to the side of the anvil base and is secured by a positioning block.  Sample from rod directly or send to the anvil block before, due to the positioning the role of the press block, make the sample to the anvil block profile forward movement, when the sample backend is not out of positioning pressure fast, after front end into the anvil block surface (2 mm ~ 3 mm), pneumatic device (figure 3) directly or indirectly from the magnetic switch on the cylinder of the signal, positioning cylinder, then positioning device,  The positioning rod of the positioning device is in the working position, and the elastic top column on the side of the positioning device compacts the sample until the front end of the sample is close to the positioning surface of the positioning mechanism to complete the positioning work of the sample.
When the sample cylinder returns, the positioning cylinder is reset after receiving the signal, and the positioning device is far away from the sample for impact.
