4. Technical features and advantages
1. 5. Structure and performance
The test machine is composed of main engine, operation control system, measurement and display system, test fixture and safety protection device.
(1)Host machine part

It adopts big base and wide and thick double support frame structure.The frame base is cast in one piece, the upper part of the double support body is cast connected, the reducer is installed and the frame is cast in one piece.The whole machine is a rigid whole, which has high stability after natural aging and artificial aging treatment.The whole machining, there is no assembly error between the base of the frame, which ensures that the distance between the axis of the pendulum and the strike center is accurate.When the anvil block is impacted, the original split main opportunity will affect the impact measurement accuracy due to the elastic deformation of bolt joint and energy absorption.The vertical column is symmetrical, and the main shaft of the pendulum is supported by a simple beam, which can effectively avoid the lateral vibration when the pendulum hits and reduce the impact on the test results.

(2) Operational control system

Then click the shock, pull the electromagnet to push the hook out quickly, and the pendulum will fall freely in the clockwise direction.Sample after thrust, pendulum using the surplus energy back to positive peak, electromagnetic clutch and PLC instructions, motor start, counterclockwise drive the pendulum rises again, arrived at predetermined Angle, the PLC instruction motor stops, the clutch disengaged, hang on pendulum swing device, automatic safety pin, namely impact to complete a cycle, and ready for the next impact.After the impact of the sample is completed, the fractured sample falls on the recovery belt, and the qualified or unqualified samples are sent to different recovery devices respectively according to the preset criterion.
The system has strong anti-interference ability, stable operation, safe and reliable.

(3Measurement display system
1. Dial display: after the impact is completed, the impact energy value can be directly read through the pointer of the dial, but the accuracy is low.
2. Microcomputer measuring operation showed that the pendulum pendulum shaft end connection installation accuracy, photoelectric encoder is used to accurately test after the pendulum rising Yang Angle and impact pendulum of Yang Angle, can automatically identify Yang Angle and Yang Angle, its level of output pulse number and pendulum Yang is directly proportional to the Angle or the Yang Angle, Angle test precision can reach 0.06 ° Angle resolution can reach 0.015 °.Through signal processing and calculation, the microcomputer gets the accurate impact energy value.
