1. Overview

2. Main structure
The scratch tester uses the lever principle, when the ruler is in the horizontal position, moves the weight above the ruler to different scale values, so that the force of the tip of the diamond scriber on the surface of the plate under test is consistent with the scale value.The rod shaft is supported by ball bearing, which rotates flexibly and reduces the friction torque, so that the pressure applied on the tip of the diamond stroke needle has a good repeatability, which ensures that the test results have a good repeatability.
