1.Test range

LR-ST401 lifting synchronous thermal analyzer can detect two kinds of information, tg/dsc, at the same time, and has a wide range of measurement, including: thermal stability, redox, decomposition behavior, corrosion research, decomposition kinetics analysis, melting/crystallization, solid phase transition, crystallinity, glass transition, etc.

2.Working principle

LR-ST401 lifting synchronous thermal analyzer is based on the temperature change of the sample and the conduction, absorption, radiation and other processes of heat. It controls the temperature of the heating furnace, heats, cools and maintains a constant temperature on the sample, and then detects and records the temperature change and corresponding physical and chemical properties of the sample.
Performance advantages
1. The furnace body heating adopts double-row winding of precious metal platinum-rhodium alloy wire to reduce interference and be more resistant to high temperature.
2. The tray sensor is made of precious metal alloy wire and has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. The power supply, circulating heat dissipation part and the host are separated to reduce the influence of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.
4. The host adopts an isolated heating furnace body to reduce the thermal influence of the chassis and the micro-thermal balance.
5. The furnace body adopts double insulation, which has better linearity; the furnace body is automatically lifted and lowered, which can quickly cool down; it has an exhaust outlet and can be used with infrared, etc.
