1.Use
MSK-YLJ-HS20KN is a precision flat-plate hot press for heating, pressurizing, forming and shaping lithium-ion batteries and solid-state batteries. It can also be used for the lamination process of single-piece pole pieces and diaphragms. The optional short-circuit tester can be used to perform short-circuit tests on battery cells.

2. Features

Integral design, dual start buttons, safety grating and other protections, safe and reliable operation;
The material of the pressure plate is imported high-temperature resistant die steel, with high precision and small thermal deformation;
The large-area pressure plate can achieve a maximum effective area of 160*260mm for hot pressing;
It is driven by a cylinder and the pressure can be adjusted;
The rod-type heater has good temperature uniformity and is easy to replace;
The short-circuit tester can be optionally equipped to perform hot-pressing short-circuit tests on battery cells.
