Description:
The thermal conductivity of materials is an important parameter for studying the thermal physical properties of materials. This instrument adopts the principle of the heat shielding plate method, meeting the high-precision testing requirements for material thermal conductivity of the material testing research departments.The instrument is composed of a high-precision voltage stabilizing power supply, a temperature measuring instrument, a central calorimeter heater, a heat protection plate heater, a constant temperature water bath, and a computer testing system.
1. Test head components: calorimetric plate, heat protection plate, cold plate.
2. Heating system: Heat insulation plate temperature heater and metering power heater.
3. Temperature control of cold plates: Constant temperature water bath.
4. Temperature measurement system: Utilizes digital high-precision instruments to ensure accuracy and stability, and enables internal compensation for the zero point.
5. The power measurement is carried out using a high-precision regulated power supply for heating, with an accuracy better than 0.1%.
6. Computer test components: Computers, communication components and test software.
DRH-ZD-400 features automatic pressure application and automatic thickness measurement functions. It can measure the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance under different pressure conditions, and is highly suitable for materials with compressibility:
a. Use high-precision displacement sensors and connect them to a computer for automatic thickness measurement. The measurement range is 0 - 80mm, with a resolution of 0.01mm.
b. It can automatically apply pressure to measure the thermal conductivity under different pressure conditions. The pressure range can be adjusted from 0 to 1000N, with a resolution of 0.1N.
