Product Description
1. Introduction
GDT-1 tempered glass flatness and image deformation tester is the latest patented product of Qinhuangdao First River Technology Development Co., LTD., and has obtained the national utility model patent certificate, patent number: ZL202021001936.3. The instrument uses an optical non-contact probe to scan the surface topography of glass, measure the bow bending and waveform bending lines of glass, and calculate the peak and valley value (PV value), light focus value (OP value), edge warping of each wave. Through multi-line scanning, the 3D surface topography of glass, as well as the transverse deformation curve and parameters of glass are generated. The PV value is used to evaluate the glass flatness, and the OP value is used to evaluate the glass image deformation. Pareto diagram and histogram are used to evaluate the glass flatness and image deformation.
The glass is placed vertically on the sample table in front of the equipment, and the glass is kept at rest and free from external force. The measurement system controls the sensor to move uniformly in the horizontal direction (X axis) to measure the displacement of the glass, and gradually increases the horizontal slide table to scan the glass surface with different heights (Y axis) to complete the scanning of the entire glass surface topography. Obtain the following curve.

Displays the details of each curve
And the corresponding light focus (OP) curve and peak valley (PV) value curve

The 3D topography map of the glass surface was synthesized by the software
And the roller wave 3D, that is, the effect of flattening the bow bend
The 3D graph can be flipped up and down, left and right, which is easy to observe the deformation of the glass. On the right side, different colors represent the diopter values, so that users can intuitively understand the deformation degree of the glass.
There is also a serious bow curve perpendicular to the glass transmission direction. This often ignored deformation is an important factor causing image distortion of the building curtain wall. The instrument equally spaced deformation curve in this direction.

The figure is annotated with the amount of deformation (mm) and the degree of bending (‰) for each line.
The optical focus (OP) and peak valley (PV) values of each point of the measured glass were obtained by calculation
