Description:
The EDX-9000Max top-illumination energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer is a full-element analysis instrument launched by Chuangxiang Instruments. This instrument uses a low-energy X-ray tube for excitation and a semiconductor electrically cooled detector for detection. It is designed with a top-illumination structure for vacuum measurement of powder samples. It can analyze a wide range of elements and has 2048-channel digital multi-channel pulse analysis technology for precise analysis of X-ray spectra. It can complete the rapid and accurate analysis of more than 30 elements at one time. One device is equivalent to a laboratory and is one of the important analytical methods in modern analytical chemistry.
The main advantages are as follows:
