Description:BGD 630 Rub Resistance Tester is a newly developed instrument for evaluating the friction resistance of ink layer of paper decorative printing according to GB/T 7706 standard. The instrument is driven by a motor, so that the test printed samples loaded with a specific weight in a standard surface friction back and forth (friction speed and number of times can be directly read by the microprocessor-controlled LCD screen), according to the number of times of friction and the degree of friction, the ink can be assessed as friction resistance performance.
The instrument adopts single-chip intelligent control, stepless speed regulation (greatly facilitating different users to choose the appropriate friction speed for their special products), automatic counting. The LCD screen directly displays the friction speed, the number of friction times and the number of set tests. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable performance, simple operation and high reproducibility of test results.
