Description: BGD 310 is a fully automatic cupping tester, the first of its kind in China. On the basis of BGD 309 cupping tester, the instrument can automatically raise the punch at a constant speed of 0.2mm/s as required by the test standard, eliminating the human error in manual lifting and lowering.
In addition, the BGD 310 Automatic Cupping Tester is equipped with a high-definition display, which allows the operator to directly observe the damage (cracking) of the coating on the test specimen, making the judgment of the test results more accurate and simpler.
* Full-automatic lifting and lowering of the punch (at a constant speed of 0.2mm/s), making the test results more reliable and comparable.
* Automatic coordinate positioning system, automatically memorize and track the coordinate position of the punch after zero adjustment.
* High-magnification lens and high-definition display integrated on the panel, judging the test results more accurate, intuitive and convenient; and the entire observation process without manual focusing.
* Punch test stroke can be set arbitrarily (0mm~18mm).
* High-precision bit grating shift sensor, accurate positioning, accuracy up to plus or minus 0.01mm.
* The maximum width of the test plate can be 90mm; suitable for large-size samples.
