1. Introduction
Using virtual moiré technology, this fully computerized test instrument is an essential tool for measuring zebra angles in glass quality inspection. The FZT-2 Zebra Angle Tester tests the zebra angles of all types of flat glass in accordance with the test methods specified in ISO/TC160N63E-83, JISR3202-1996, EN572-2 and GB11614-2009 standards.
The FZT-2 Zebra Angle Tester measures accurately, quickly and is easy to operate. The measurement range of the zebra angle is 0 to 75 degrees, the test accuracy is 0.2 degrees, the measurement repeatability is better than 1 degree, the test sample glass thickness is 1mm - 19mm, and the test results can display the position of the heaviest 5 glass ribs.
