Description:
This instrument is a thermal conductivity tester for thermal insulation materials developed from our LRS-2 water flow plate method thermal conductivity tester. Compared with LRS-2, it has improved resolution and automation, shortened test time, easier maintenance, and more reliable instrument performance. This instrument uses the protective heat flow meter method to detect the thermal conductivity of thermal insulation materials at high temperatures. It is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of refractory insulation, ceramic fibers, felt, textiles, boards, bricks and other materials at different temperatures. It is widely used in material analysis and testing in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, quality inspection departments and production plants.
Standard
This instrument reference standard: ASTM C518-10 Test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method; ISO 8301:1991 and GB/T 10295-2008 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of thermal insulation materials (heat flow meter method), etc.
